Rishianandsingh Moorut

Managing Director

Rishi is a highly analytical and motivated professional with extensive work experience and proven ability to go above and beyond the norm in generating results for companies. He started his professional career in 2005 as the Finance Manager for Post Office Limited in UK. Following this, he has held several prominent positions during his career as Finance Adviser for Santander Bank (formerly Abbey National) to Project Manager and Senior Consultant in UK. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester and also a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Central Lancashire.

Washim Toorabally

Corporate Manager

Washim holds a BSc (Hons) in Management from the University of Mauritius. He is currently pursuing his studies in the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). With over six years of experience in the global business sector, he is a key asset for our Corporate Department. He has been approved as Director by the Financial Services Commission on entities with required licenses for CIS Manager, Investment Advisor (Unrestricted) and CIS (PCC).

Abhishek Peetumber

Corporate Officer

Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from the Curtin University and a Masters in Business Administration. He is responsible for the day-to-day operation of corporate secretarial work of clients' entities. He started his career as an Assistant Corporate and Trust Administrator then later was appointed as a Corporate and HR Administrator. Today he has several years of experience in the global business sector. His main areas of focus are corporate secretarial administration, payroll, individual tax and other outsourcing services.

Prabhakarsing Nepaul (Vivek)

Accounts Officer

Vivek is our accounts specialist and he is well versed in taxation. He has been providing comprehensive high quality accounting support services to local and offshore clients, assisting them in their financial decisions to meet their sales and growth targets. He has the know-how in implementing internal controls to ensure compliance whilst minimising business risk. He is our go-to person for all our accounting and taxation requirements.

Yanish Bhaugeerutty

Corporate Consultant

Yanish Bhaugeerutty has extensive experience in the financial services sector. He holds directorships in several global business companies. He advises and provides business solutions to small businesses and corporate clients. Yanish received his law degree from the University of Mauritius and is a lifelong learner.
